Scalable HD Video Distribution Over Your Existing IP Network

The MediaCento IPX HD is a robust and flexible solution for distributing High Definition (1080p) HDMI video and audio over your existing, standards-based Gigabit Ethernet network using TCP/IP protocols. Its primary benefit is enabling scalable video extension in applications like digital signage, corporate training, classroom streaming, and control room video sharing. It supports both basic point-to-point and large-scale point-to-multipoint configurations, utilizing a multicast setup where one transmitter can drive many receivers without placing extra burden on the network.

Simplified Setup

Setup is significantly simplified by its plug-and-play nature and its PoE power support, which eliminates the need for separate external power supplies. The system ensures excellent picture quality with 1080p HD resolution, an EDID copy function for optimal PC-to-screen performance, and is HDCP 2.2 compliant. It also allows for the creation of video walls up to 8x8 displays and extends signals far beyond the standard 328 feet (100 m) point-to-point distance when network switches are introduced.
